FAQ:

If you switched on for 1st time, The motion bulb will turn on (even in the daytime) and will turn off after about 17s when no motion is detected.

If ambient lighting is bright, the bulb will remain off and will not respond to movement until dark.

Q: Why does the bulb stay ON always or come ON and OFF continually?

Answer: The radar motion sensor will pick up every moving object even through walls or other hard objects like windows, doors, glass, and floor. A fan, Animals, or branches moving will lead to false triggers.

The Bulb may not turn off if:

• In windy weather, branches moving which is in detection range.
• There have other moving objects likeworking fans or animals passing by.
• There is a moving objects behind the wall or door within the detection range.

Q: Why does the bulb did not turn on at all?

Answer:

1. Light sensor will keep the motion bulb stays off during the daytime.

2. Other light sources around the bulb.

Our products support a one-year w a r r a n t y, If you think that the bulb is not working correctly, please contact our support team in time.

Note :Our bulb shape is A21, which is slightly larger than a regular bulb A19, so please make sure the bulb fits your fixture before purchasing.

It is recommended to use it outdoors. The radar sensor is very sensitive. If used indoors, it may sense moving objects through the wall or floor and cause false triggers.

You never have to remember to turn the light ON or OFF. The motion sensor lamp will turn on automatically when you enter the detection range and then turn off after left.

Make sure the distance of 2 bulbs are more than 6.6ft apart.

Please always keep the power and switch ON.

Place motion sensor bulb in unoccupied spaces. Note：Moving tree branches or pets can trigger them with enough verticality.
